This page deletes the Caissan Chess account and the game data stored with it.
This page works after the app is gone from your phone. Stopping a kingdom inside the app is a different action: it ends that empire and leaves the account in place. You can also delete from Profile inside the app.
Steps
- Enter the username, the email address, and the password on the account.
- Confirm that you want the account and its data deleted in every realm.
- Submit. Deletion runs on the game servers when the password matches.
If the form cannot reach the servers, a mail draft to privacy@caissan.com is offered as a fallback. If you no longer have that inbox, write from another address, include the username, and we may ask a question only you would know before we delete it.
What is deleted
- The account: username, email address, password hash, and last sign-in address.
- Your pieces, vault, queued orders, and chat lines in the 6-hour, 10-hour, and 24-hour realms.
- Blocks and reports you filed.
- Sign-in on our side. The token stored in the app becomes useless; you can clear the app’s storage or uninstall to remove it from the device.
Boards you owned are released on the map. The land stays so the realm can continue. Other players’ pieces on those boards stay.
What is kept, and for how long
- Backup copies may still contain the account for up to 30 days, then they age out.
- A deletion record (the email address and the date of the request) is kept for 90 days, then deleted.
- Round statistics that cannot be tied to your username can remain.
Details are also in the privacy policy.
